Pricing Info
We offer two types of bartending services, depending on your budget and needs! The first option is our hourly bartending service - just a licensed and insured body-for-hire ready to pour and serve the beverages you have on-site. The second option is our dry-hire bartending packages that includes our bartending service, full bar setup + breakdown, and everything needed for the bar to run efficiently - basically, we bring everything BUT the booze!
NOTE: Due to WA state laws, we are strictly a dry-hire mobile bartending service. This means the client is responsible for purchasing all alcohol for the event, and we serve it to the guests. Bar services and dry-hire package prices do not include the cost of alcohol for your event. But don’t worry! We include free consultation calls with all of our services, and we provide clients with an alcohol shopping list so they know exactly what alcohol to get + how much to buy. Clients also get to keep any unused alcohol left over after the event!

NOTE: We are a dry-hire mobile bartending service. This means the client purchases and supplies all the alcohol, and we serve it. Package prices do not include the cost of purchasing alcohol for your event. All packages include a consultation and alcohol shopping list for your event.
Minimum tip guarantee: If the guest’s tips are below the minimum, the host tips the difference. If we are tipped more than the minimum by the guests, the host pays no gratuity out of pocket. Hosts also have the option to pay the tip minimum up-front and request that no tip jar be displayed at the event.
Hourly Bartending Services
A cost-efficient option great for folks who already have their own full bar setup + supplies + alcohol and just need a licensed and insured bartender to serve drinks (often required by event venues). Our bartenders will show up with our basic bar tools and pour what’s on-site. Bear in mind that while this option is cheaper, the client is responsible for supplying and doing more. Someone from your party will be required to have all of the supplies at the fully set-up bar when the bartender arrives, and they will need to break it all down and pack everything out at the end of the event.

We serve events in Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Bremerton, Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle and Federal Way. If your venue is nearby but not listed, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate you.

No — as a dry-hire service, the client purchases and provides the alcohol. We’ll help you create the perfect shopping list so you get exactly what you need and nothing goes to waste.

Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance, hold all required business and city licenses, and our bartenders are MAST-certified.

Absolutely! We love crafting elegant, creative mocktails that look and taste just as good as the real thing.

A 50% deposit and a signed contract will hold your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

We ask for at least 90 minutes before guests arrive to set up and prepare the bar area.

All we need is a flat, dry area (covered if outside) to set up our bar and tables.
