Service Options

Hourly Bartender-Only Service

Perfect for when you just need a licensed and insured bartender to serve drinks responsibly to your guests. Our staff will show up in professional attire with their basic bar tools, and pour what you have on-site. We will supply you with an alcohol shopping list tailored to your event, you will need to supply:

The alcohol
The bar
Ice + ice chests + beverage chilling containers
Mixers + prepped garnishes
Cups, napkins, straws
Bar menu + decor
Trash + recycling bins

Unless otherwise arranged, the bar area must be completely set up and ready for service when our bartender(s) arrive, and your party is responsible for breaking down and clearing away the bar at the end of the event.

Full Dry-hire Bar Service

We bring everything BUT the booze. Relax and enjoy your event, knowing that professionals have handled all the bar-related details for you!

We will provide you with an alcohol shopping list tailored for your event, you just need to make sure it’s on-site and easily accessible when we arrive. You get to take home any unused alcohol after the event.

Our full service packages include setup + breakdown of the bar area, travel to and from the event (within 30 miles of Gig Harbor, WA), a satellite bar, and all the tools and supplies needed to keep the bar running smoothly throughout your event (ice, juice + bubbly mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, trash + recycling bins, bar menu, and some light bar decor).

Most dates fill 2-3 months in advance — reach out early to secure your spot.

FAQ

  • We serve events in Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Bremerton, Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle and Federal Way. If your venue is nearby but not listed, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate you.

  • No — as a dry-hire service, the client purchases and provides the alcohol. We’ll help you create the perfect shopping list so you get exactly what you need and nothing goes to waste.

  • Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance, hold all required business and city licenses, and our bartenders are MAST-certified.

  • Absolutely! We love crafting elegant, creative mocktails that look and taste just as good as the real thing.

  • A 50% deposit and a signed contract will hold your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

  • We ask for at least 90 minutes before guests arrive to set up and prepare the bar area.

  • All we need is a flat, dry 8’x8’ area (covered if outside) to set up our bar and tables.
