Service Options

Hourly Bartender-Only Service

Perfect for when you just need a licensed and insured bartender to serve drinks responsibly to your guests! Our staff will show up in professional attire with their basic bar tools, and pour what you have on-site.

With this service option, clients are responsible for providing the bar + barback area, as well as supplying all alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice + chests, beverage chill tubs for cans/bottles, cups, napkins, straws, beverage chill tubs, garbage/recycling bins + liners, bar menu, and decor.

The bar area must be completely set up and ready for service when our bartender(s) arrive, and clients are responsible for breaking down and clearing away the bar at the end of the event.

We can provide and setup our own portable bar for an additional bar rental + setup/breakdown fee of $300.

Full Dry-hire Bar Service

You bring the alcohol, we bring EVERYTHING else! The dream option for clients that desire the peace of mind that comes from knowing all the bar details are being handled by friendly professionals with a commitment to excellence.

Our full bar service packages include:

  • General and liquor liability insurance

  • Travel up to 30 Miles from downtown Gig Harbor (60 miles round-trip)

  • Complete setup + breakdown of bar area

  • Portable wooden satellite bar and barback area

  • All drink-making tools and equipment

  • Disposable cups, straws, and napkins

  • Garnishes, juices, and bubbly mixers

  • Ice and ice chests

  • Chilling tubs for canned/bottled beverages

  • Garbage can + bags for bar-related trash

  • Drink menu consultation call + email

  • Alcohol shopping list

  • Custom-printed bar menu

  • Up to 3 signature cocktails/mocktails

  • Hydration station (fruit and herb-infused water, iced tea, lemonade)

  • Light floral/greenery decor in theme of event

  • We serve events in Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Bremerton, Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle and Federal Way. If your venue is nearby but not listed, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate you.

  • No — as a dry-hire service, the client purchases and provides the alcohol. We’ll help you create the perfect shopping list so you get exactly what you need and nothing goes to waste.

  • Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance, hold all required business and city licenses, and our bartenders are MAST-certified.

  • Absolutely! We love crafting elegant, creative mocktails that look and taste just as good as the real thing.

  • A 50% deposit and a signed contract will hold your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

  • We ask for at least 90 minutes before guests arrive to set up and prepare the bar area.

  • All we need is a flat, dry 8’x8’ area (covered if outside) to set up our bar and tables.
