Beer & Wine packages include ….

  • Licensed and professionally trained bartenders

  • General and liquor liability insurance

  • 4-hour bar service minimum 

  • Setup and breakdown

  • Portable bar setup, disposable drinkware, straws, napkins, drink-making equipment, light decor, and ice coolers

  • Travel up to 30 Miles from downtown Gig Harbor (60 miles round-trip)

  • Alcohol shopping list

  • Ice (up to 100 lbs.)

Mixed Drink packages also include…

  • Drink menu consultation

  • Up to 3 signature cocktails (using the Mixed Drink Package garnishes/mixers listed below - specialty garnishes and mixers will incur an additional cost)

  • Garnishes: Simple syrup, bitters, cherries, and fresh lemons, limes, and oranges

  • Juice mixers: lemon, lime, orange, cranberry, grapefruit, and pineapple

  • Bubbly mixers: club soda, tonic, ginger beer, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite

  • Non- alcoholic hydration station (Choose from: water, lemonade, iced tea, or infused water aka aguas frescas)

NOTE: We are a dry-hire mobile bartending service. This means the client purchases and supplies all the alcohol, and we serve it. Package prices do not include the cost of purchasing alcohol for your event. But don’t worry! We include free consultation calls with all of our service packages, and we will provide you with an alcohol shopping list so you know exactly what + how much to buy to ensure your event is properly stocked!

FAQ

  • We serve events in Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Bremerton, Tacoma, Olympia, Seattle and Federal Way. If your venue is nearby but not listed, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate you.

  • No — as a dry-hire service, the client purchases and provides the alcohol. We’ll help you create the perfect shopping list so you get exactly what you need and nothing goes to waste.

  • Yes. We carry general and liquor liability insurance, hold all required business and city licenses, and our bartenders are MAST-certified.

  • Absolutely! We love crafting elegant, creative mocktails that look and taste just as good as the real thing.

  • A 50% deposit and a signed contract will hold your booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

  • We ask for at least 90 minutes before guests arrive to set up and prepare the bar area.

  • All we need is a flat, dry area (covered if outside) to set up our bar and tables.
